As a leadership expert, leadership retreat host, podcast host, ICF Credentialed Leadership Coach, leadership course facilitator, speaker, and author, I've devoted decades of my professional work to leading successfully at the regional, national, and global levels across a breadth of industries, including technology, healthcare, internet securities, and investments.
My significant experience as an executive leader led me to develop techniques and models for coaching and supporting leaders in cultivating the qualities necessary to be highly effective in leading others.
As an Executive Leader, International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialed coach, TILT Certified Practitioner, Assenter Coaching Executive Certified Coach, speaker, instructor, and author, I have more than two decades of diverse experience directly leading and developing high performing employees and teams. I have established and created proven strategic processes that guide individuals in transforming obstacles into opportunities and becoming the extraordinary and exceptional leaders they are meant to be.
My client makeup reflects the rapidly changing demographics of today’s global work force. I provide my clients with the insights and skills necessary in establishing leadership and team development practices that drive effective, successful companies.

She believes that it is imperative to the success of both the individual leader and the organization that effective relevant leadership skills be developed as an ongoing supported process. The former model of attending “once in a while” classes has proven ineffective and can lead to negative organizational impacts.
